Registration and Identification
The merchant identifies the users of the website by storing log files on the Site's server.
The Merchant has the right to collect and use information about Users on the basis of and for the purposes of fulfilling the contract concluded with the User under the General Terms and Conditions. Information that can be used to identify an individual may include personal data specified in the general terms and conditions, as well as any other information that the individual voluntarily provides during registration. The information also includes any other information that the User enters, uses, or provides when using the services.
Only individuals over the age of 16 may register on the website. During registration, the user must check a box to confirm that they are at least 16 years old.
The Merchant shall exercise due care and shall be responsible for protecting the User’s information that has come to its attention in connection with the registration, except in cases of force majeure, accidental events, or malicious acts by third parties.
In the registration form completed by the User during registration, the Merchant specifies whether the provision of data is mandatory or voluntary and the consequences of refusing to provide such data.

The user may register by completing the relevant online registration form, available in real time on the Merchant’s website, and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
By clicking the virtual button labeled “Registration” or similar text, which constitutes written acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the User makes an electronic declaration within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, thereby declaring that they are familiar with the General Terms and Conditions, accept them, and undertake to comply with them. The Merchant may store in log files on its server IP address the User’s personal data, as well as any other information necessary to identify the User and reproduce the User’s electronic statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of the General Terms and Conditions is available on the Merchant’s website in a manner that allows for its storage and reproduction.
When completing the registration form, the User is required to provide complete and accurate information regarding their identity (for individuals), legal status (for legal entities), and other data required by the Merchant’s electronic form, as well as to update such information within 7 (seven) days of any changes. The User declares that they agree to provide the requested personal data, thereby guaranteeing that the data provided during the registration process is true, complete, and accurate, and that they will update it promptly in the event of any changes. In the event of providing false data, the Merchant has the right to terminate or suspend the provision of services immediately and without notice, as well as to terminate the User’s registration.
Upon registration, the User receives a unique username—which may be the email address provided by the User, or user data from social media platforms or third-party authentication services—and a password to access the services available through the website.

The username with which the User registers does not grant the User any rights other than those expressly specified in these terms and conditions.
The registrant, acting as a representative of a legal entity, is required to enter their full name and address, or the name of the legal entity they represent.
The User is obligated to exercise all due care and take all necessary measures that are reasonably required to protect their password, not to disclose their password to third parties, and to immediately notify the Merchant in the event of unauthorized access, as well as in the event of a likelihood or suspicion thereof. The User bears the responsibility and risk for safeguarding their password, as well as for all actions performed by them or by a third party using their password.
